Consignment Process
· Cutest Kids will create a consigner account for you using consignment software, a computerized inventory management program. We will barcode an inventory list of all items accepted for consignment with your assigned account number.
· Cutest Kids will determine a competitive price of each item and display all of your accepted items in our store for a period of 90 days. We will call or email you to let you know when that time has ended.
· Items not sold within the 90-day period can either be picked up within 5 days after you have been contacted or you can choose to donate items. Choice is indicated when you complete our contract. Items not picked up after the 5 day pickup time or have been donated will become the sole property of Cutest Kids to donate. We donate to the SDC Family Support Center, which provides shelter for homeless families.
· We carefully track all items sold on your account using consignment software and will credit your account with 40% of the selling price. Only clothes are discounted as follows: 25 days 10%, 50 days 15% and 75 days 20%. You may contact us any time to verify the status of your account.
· Commissioned earnings may be obtained when total on account is over $25.00, by in-store cash payout (requires one-day notice) or mailed check requests (will be assessed a $2.00 fee), limited to one request a month. Commissioned earnings on account, no minimum required may be used towards purchases in the Cutest Kids store any time. Any commissioned earnings that have not been claimed within a 12-month period will become the property of Cutest Kids.
Cutest Kids will not be liable for merchandise that is lost, stolen, damaged or abandoned.
